Client - A Series E funded established brick-and-mortar asset-heavy Retail Unicorn
Location - Gurgaon
- Looking for a seasoned engineering recruiter who will be a part of the core TA team, responsible for scaling critical positions in Technology, Product Strategy, Design, etc.
Responsibilities :
- Optimize end to end recruitment strategy & process from collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing of candidates to offer, negotiation and onboarding.
- Manage the product hiring recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas and disciplines.
- Support stakeholders to streamline processes to ensure an amazing candidate experience
- B.Tech / MBA
- HR or equivalent graduate / post-graduate degree.
- Experience in Product Hiring (Product Managers, Designers, Product Analyst) required. 3-8 years of industry experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle (Product/- Internet/ Startup hiring experience preferred)
- Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates from a variety of sources, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing decision-making.
