Roles and Responsibilities :

- Hands on experience in Technical sourcing candidates from Job portals

- Scheduling candidates for interview and explaining them each and every stage of interview.

- Interacting with candidates when they come for interview and introducing them to Delivery Managers/ Ops Head and Manager HR for interviews.

- Must have good knowledge in Recruitments We are looking for an Recruitment Executive to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

- Experience required only 1 or 3 year (end to end Recruitment)

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Very Good understanding and Hands on with Technical Hiring for top IT/ITES companies.

- Good communication (Verbal & Written) and interpersonal skills

- Should have managed various sources [eg, job portals, reference, Linked-in etc.] for recruitment

- Should be willing to work in a target based environment

- should be able to manage multiple recruitment positions He/She must want to make career in HR/Recruitment.
