The Talent Consultant / Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for different functions (basis recruiter's expertise and interest) positions, collaborating with startup hiring managers to set realistic hiring requirements. Required Skills/Abilities : - 2 to 7 years of experience in recruiting Mid-Senior to Leadership Talent - For Technology Hiring specialists, Experience with hiring for engineering teams in the past, ( SSE, SDE, QA, DevOps, Product hiring, Engineering Leadership Roles, etc.) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Possess a natural flair to connect with people across levels - Possess a natural proactive behaviour and attitude - Ability to take the initiative and drive to process improvement - Positive &amp; Self-motivated - Previous experience of working in or with a SaaS / tech enabled startup would be an added advantage Responsibilities: - Source potential candidates on niche platforms like LinkedIn, Github, Angellist - Build Top of the Funnel of suitable prospects for the roles open, engage for interviews and work with them through the hiring process - Follow up on the interview process, update the status of roles and candidates on the internal database - Craft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates - Work directly with client account managers and hiring managers in determining hire needs &amp; the interviewing process - Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process - Maintain daily and weekly client reports - Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
