Role & Responsibilities
- Proven Expertise in hiring for Research Division at Product/Startups.
- Enterprise recruitment professional who can be Single window operation for all the hiring needs of the organization.
- Conducted Hackathons, or any similar coding assessments at inter-college campuses.
- Capable enough to run the employee referral programs single-handedly
- Good at stakeholder management to get the work done for all the hiring practices.
- Pen down Job Description across Roles, Vertical and Business Units.
- Conducted Campus Recruitment for Business and Tech roles.
- Capable enough to deal with volatile situations for all dynamic roles and teams.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
- Manage Multiple Vendors and other avenues for recruitment practices.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
