The candidate will be responsible for creating a talent pool, sourcing for all technical requirements, cold calling etc. Desirable exp. is 2 to 4 years, preferably someone coming from consulting background 1. Working on very niche requirements 2. Head hunting from top product companies 3. Handling external recruitment vendors 4.Seasoned recruitment professional with strong experience in Sourcing, Head hunting, Client Management, Team Management,Networking etc. 5.Expertise in Permanent staiffing. 6.Expertise in handling niche IT Product requirements, have significant experience working for e-commerce start-ups and MNCs in the IT Product space. 7.Experienced in closing Mid managerial, Sr managerial positions & Executive level positions. 8.Handling end to end hiring for Supply Chain, Consumer, Data Platform 9. Experiencein closing positions including Backend, Full Stack, UX Designer,Devops Engineers with experience range b/w mid to senior level.
