Reporting to Sr. Director-Talent Acquisition
Educational Qualification: Any PG/MBA
Experience: 3 + Years in Technical hiring for E-commerce/internet/Start-up industries

Job Description :
- Hiring of talent across the E-commerce/internet/Start-up industries
- Playing a role of Talent Advisor to Hiring Managers by gathering Market Intelligence on skill availability.
- Handle the sourcing of profiles from Naukri, Linkedin etc.
- Managing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handling diverse technical positions across various streams of R&D
- Engage with E-commerce/internet/Start-up industries talent acquisition.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and develop a proactive pool of qualified candidates- Leverage and build a network on LinkedIn, for niche R&D skills and Global PhDs.
- Engage with Delivery & Functional heads and Line Managers to design recruitment strategy and develop a robust hiring plan to source talent for various positions
- Manage vendors and assist in identifying & building new channels of recruitment and talent pool.
- Support the organization's diversity initiatives.
- Recruitment MIS - Generate insights and analysis to drive efficiency and quality.
