Our client is a global hedge fund administrator who is in search of a potential Talent acquisition/IT Recruiter candidates for their recruitment team in Hyderabad.
Some of the key responsibilities will include to :
- Pure play talent acquisition role ; Supporting the business units.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management and driving the hiring numbers.
- This profile requires the Candidate to act as a self-initiator with an extensive presentation skill.
- Should have good expertise in Strategic planning with regards to recruitment.
- Hands on experience in preparing reports and analytics around Talent acquisition.
To be eligible for this role you will require to have :
- Professional qualification in the field related to HR is preferred.
- Preference will be given to recruiters from Technology Product companies.
- 5 to 10 years of experience, capable of taking quick decisions when required.
- Mature and balanced individual with high level of drive and energy. High potential to represent the organisation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
