- Good work experience in Recruitment Life cycle from.
- Sourcing to Onboarding.
- Must be versed enough with SAP profiles sourcing.
- Experience in Sourcing profiles through Job Portals.
- Networking, Headhunting & Social Networking Sites.
- Should be able to do campus drives and mass recruitment drives.
- Should have team handling skills.
- Must have Strong Presentation and Communication.
Skills :
- Must have Strong Analytical skills in Publishing various Recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Publishing dashboards on weekly/Monthly basis to Management.
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency of data being reported and published.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
- Establish a strong collaborative way of feedback mechanism to solve difficult mandates with a focus on meeting the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to understand technical requirements to conduct position searches in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be target driven and must be able to close positions in a time pressured environment.
