- Demonstrated experience of 8+ years in IT Development/IT support in BFSI with complete understanding of SDLC

- Hands on experience of successful execution of Core Lending System/ Business Intelligence/Digital/ technology innovation driven projects in BFSI/NBFC space

- Ability to conceptualize new solutions leveraging technology impacting business and executing them

- Ability to manage work independently with minimal supervision, think out of the box ( leader)

- Ability to work with and influence various internal and external stakeholders/vendors and manage multiple activities simultaneously

- Ability to write business requirement/review Business Requirement Document (BRD) /Design approach/Functional Specification Document (FSD)/Testing

- Ability to program manage software development lifecycle from requirement analysis (BRD creation), Impact analysis, Functional specification document, Solution design, Testing to go-live and Application Support

- Effectively provide application support, resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through on details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution. Anticipate and prevents problems before they occur.

- Debug complex and frequent occurring issues and present Impact analysis, RCA and recommended solution

- Excellent communication skills
