Exp : 12 - 15 Years The Project Manager should have Embedded domain knowledge. Roles and Responsibilities: - As a Project Manager, you are responsible for end to end project management for the assigned project includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, estimation troubleshooting, and managing project operational parameters and people management. - Timely delivery of the projects/releases by ensuring the quality and profitability goals are met. - Contribution to organization building through participation in recruitment, training activities, quality initiatives and Knowledge management and ensures team also participates. - Experience in managing large embedded domain projects. - Experience in preparing project proposals based on customer requirements. - Good at people management and Technical hiring. Technically proficient in: - Candidate should have 4-5 complete processor (or more specifically) based design experience. SOC can be from TI, Qualcomm, NXP, Intel, Nvidia. - Complex peripheral experience - Camera, Display, Wifi/BT. Atleast Display, Wifi/BT is required. Preferably Camera experience. - Atleast 8 years of individual contribution experience in design (low power - would be good but not necessary, thermal), schematics, layout, (atleast review &amp; involvement), fabrication, debugging, certification (EMI/EMC, FCC/CE). - Should have existing connection with vendors (component supplier, Fab, Assembly). - Atleast 3 years of technical leading or 2 years of managerial (PM, engineering manager) leading experience. - Should be hands-on in design &amp; debugging. - Should have at least 4+ cycles of Schematics &amp; Gerber review experience. - Simulation/Hyperlyx experience will be plus. - Experience on Qualcomm SOC will be good.
