Job Responsibilities : - Lead the implementation and rollout of software products. - Create &amp; manage global rollout project plans. - Define project schedules, dependencies and monitor progress. - Organize (and schedule) Programme meetings with regional teams, senior leadership and other Programme stakeholders. - Support preparation of materials for meetings and ensure distribution in a timely manner. - Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. - Assist the Program Manager in compiling Programme status reports - Regularly update Programme risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) logs for their markets. - Maintain documentation and knowledge management across all program systems, processes and platforms (including Confluence and PPM tool)and champion best practices. - Attend project scoping, requirements and lessons learnt workshops as required and collate action points. - Lead the rollout project and ensure issue/conflict resolution. - Provide administrative support for Programme meetings like workstream meetings as well as monthly senior leadership meetings. - Manage competing demands on project resources and keep the rollout schedule intact. - Act as a reference point for program queries and information and be an advocate for project best practice. - Ensure all global and regional signoff's required for launch are in place. - Help coordinate the ID &amp; F software products on Experian One release rollouts in the market(s).
