Technical Program Manager (TPM) - Our client is amongst the fastest growing software product companies of India. Their products are hosted on the cloud and they have clients all across the globe. - This TPM role is for their product implementation team, that helps onboard clients (B2B) on to their SaaS platform. - The person performing this role would be doing techno-managerial work, combining technical competence with great business communication and team leadership skills. They would be working closely with cross-functional teams, both internally and from the client side. - A critical success factor would be their ability to handle multiple client projects and multiple client interactions at any given point of time and drive them all to success. Ideal candidate profile: - Program / Project manager or Engineering Manager with 6 or more years work experience in software implementation, software development and QA, project management, or release management in an enterprise or SaaS application development environment. - A Bachelor degree with specialization in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields or equivalent practical experience - Ability to drive client-facing projects, on or ahead of schedule - Core technical acumen and soft skills as explained above - Proficiency in collaboration and productivity suite applications like Excel, Google Docs, collaboration tools and PM tools like JIRA - Highly effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to handle stress in the face of tight deadlines and to keep business focus and sound judgment - Strong situational leadership skills and the ability to deliver successfully even where clear authority is not given
