As a Technical Program Manager (Integrations), you love helping enterprises integrate great technology and you are great at driving projects to completion.

Our objective is to seamlessly integrate clients- existing systems with ClearTax which results in happy and loyal customers. We are looking for people with the right mix of technical skills, integration experience, and interest in program management.

Requirement & Qualification:

B-tech + MBA (preferred)

Work ex 1-3 years (before or after MBA.

Project or program management experience is must. Client facing experience preferred.

Tech skills:

1. Previous experience as developer is must (language agnostic)

2. Knowledge of integration with APIs is must

3. Experience of ERP integration is a plus (Any ERPs like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft NAV, home grown etc)

4. Database knowledge. Experience in writing queries, procedures etc will have added advantage

Other required skills:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2. Stakeholder management skills

3. Working in fast paced environment across teams will have added advantage

4. Excellent problem solving skills is must

Responsibilities:

- Program manage all ongoing integration-related projects (either consultative or end-to-end execution using a systems integrator (SI)).

- Integrating ClearTax products with industry ERPs using standard technologies.

- Attending client demos and PoCs, and engage from an integration perspective.

- Working towards making future integrations smoother and easier (better APIs, middleware solutions, plug and play connectors, etc.)

- Building a network of reliable SIs across the country

- Ensuring that client systems are fully operational and restoration of any loss of service must be done within our strict SLAs.

- Building internal tools and processes to manage cases, requests and enhancements.

- Building a community of support by documenting and sharing knowledge and helping other team members.

- Creating productive relationships with and between key stakeholders by working with the Engineering and Product team to understand the changing software product and acting as a liaison to the Business teams.

Required skills:

- Integration project experience, including SAP integration experience; Experience with Oracle and Microsoft will be a plus

- Skills to program manage i.e. comfortable speaking to, engaging with, and following up with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders; Actual program / project management experience will be a plus

- Practical experience with MySQL, Linux servers is a must. Exposure to Java, C#.NET, VB.NET, JavaScript is preferred. We are language-agnostic. Ability to debug issues by looking at customer workflow and analyzing server logs is the key.

- Great communication skills - Frequent and clear written communication with a knack for taking technical language and making it understandable to a layman is vital.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - A passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions along with a strong support philosophy.

- Self-driven work ethic - You should be a self-starter who loves taking initiative and seeing things through to completion.

- Flexibility - An understanding of the 24/7 nature of client servicing and a can-do attitude to help with weekend, holiday, and/or evening coverage.
