Experience: - Strong experience in Program Management and Delivery functions in the BFSI/Fintech domain. - Should have experience in working as a liaison between the business and tech team. Skills: BRD Writing, Cross Functional coordination, Deep understanding of Agile Methodology, Knowledge of JIRA, Tight process and cost controls.
