Technical Program Manager

Experience : 6 - 10 years

Location : Pune

MUST-HAVES : Must have experience in Working with multiple projects across different verticals (Electronics, Robotics, Automation etc)

Education : B.Tech

- Must have worked with Automobile/Robotics/Automation companies highly organized individual with the ability to process and organize data

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Program manage the testing, design, and drawing package creation for new robotic system product lines

- Build program timelines, milestones, priorities, budget, and personnel

- Align stakeholders to maintain/update the program plan through regular meetings and off-cycle communication with stakeholders from manufacturing, operations, product, and engineering

- Track progress (actual vs estimated time/cost/headcount) and report regularly (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to key stakeholders

- Build technical requirements docs to help engineers consume product specifications

- Implement regular technical design reviews to help transfer designs to manufacture

- Define objectives and metrics for programs with stage gates

Requirements :

- Fluency in English and a proven record of high-quality technical documentation.

- Proven track record of successfully launching B2B technology products and services with geographically distributed teams in multi-vendor environments.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously.

- Working knowledge in at least one development Management tool (JIRA, WRIKE, etc)

Good to Have :

- Experience with Scrum and/or past experience as a Scrum master

- Specific program/project management experience in the development phase of robotic or electromechanical products

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

- Experience in problem-solving within fast-paced and constantly changing environments.

- Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Experience working cross-functionally in a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.

- Strong spoken and written communication skills.

Eligible candidates :

Desired Qualification : B. Tech in Computer Science/Robotics/Mechatronics or a related field. Master in Robotics and Automation Systems is a plus
