Technical Program Management job opportunity for an analytical and impeccable professional with 6+ years of experience in managing complex technical projects, creating and executing against the project plan, proactively mitigating risks and working in a Product based environment.

You will be responsible for leading multiple, simultaneous projects on one of Indias largest Salesforce instances, handling millions of leads while working closely with Business and Tech teams to define a streamlined roadmap for multiple pods.

- Gathering requirements and distilling it into clear working-backwards BRDs

- Communicating objectives, plans, status and results clearly across all levels, focusing on critical few key points

- Guaranteeing highest standards of quality for each release, with proper documentation, UAT testing and training plans.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Post graduate in B.E/ B.Tech/ from Tier-1 college with strong program management experience in product development working in High valued/Fast growing startups.

- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels - from Developers to Business Poc's.

- You must possess strong planning and organizational skills, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven experience in planning and project management; experience in managing Salesforce projects would be preferred.

- An aggressive candidate who's flexible to work in a fast pace work environment.
