Technical Product Manager/Senior Manager - Analytics - Web Applications (9-14 yrs)

Looking for a Technical Product Manager with strong hands-on experience in Hadoop / HIVE / Spark, Node JS / React JS, Angular, JAVA / Scala /Python, Machine Learning, someone with experience in developing web application and digitalization, experience in AB Testing, user journey, tagging, customer journey, etc.

Job Description

As a product analytics manager, you are

1. Responsible for providing rich data-driven insights for client's product development, tech and marketing team

2. Work closely with stakeholders to design experiments & define KPIs for various stages of the product lifecycle

3. Collaborate with the data engineering & BI teams to ensure timely delivery of defined KPIs & concise findings to the stakeholders

4. Extremely detail-oriented, with a strong product orientation and an affinity for data and analytics

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Experience: 9 to 14 Years

Skills Required: SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python/R, Powerpoint, Excel

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Support product roadmap by identifying opportunities and quantifying the impact of product launches through A/B experimentation and measurement

2. Lead initiatives ranging from ad-hoc deep dives and root cause analysis to building robust, scalable data models

3. Develop KPIs, reports and dashboards to track product and go-to-market performance.

4. Collaborate with our Business Intelligence team to onboard new data sets, improve data quality, and prioritize upcoming work.

5. Track results, provide insights and make recommendations to improve customer experience and ensure the realization of intended outcomes

6. Conduct deep-dive investigations into execution and business problems, identify opportunities, and lead or support implementation (role varies by opportunity)

7. Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills with a proven track record of successfully managing direct reports, leading analytical teams

8. Contributes to the culture and delivery of building analytics offerings by driving development sprints, creating user stories, refining backlog, and defining releases

9. Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills

Qualifications :

1. A Bachelor's / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management

2. At least 7 years of experience working in managing program delivery in Big Data, Data Management, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.

3. Experience with e-commerce, retail or marketing analytics would be an advantage

4. Working knowledge of Big Data and Cloud (GCP) & Teradata eco-systems

5. Experience leading agile product development teams

6. Skilled in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python/R, Powerpoint, Excel

7. Well versed with designing & executing design experiments such as A/B testing
