The AI Hub team is looking for a top-notch RPA Automation Product Managers to define and drive Automation Products. The goal is to deliver world class Cognitive Automation products to solve our Business challenges and Improve efficiency, employee, and customer satisfaction. This role will work with stakeholders in Business Functions, RPA Delivery team, Product engineering team and Executives to build a comprehensive roadmap and deliver on it.

Responsibilities :

- Envision RPA possibilities, Identify opportunities for application of RPA + AI through design thinking and interactions with global business stakeholders within the strategic AI + RPA product framework.

- Collaborate with Global functions, LoBs and Customers to discover opportunities for enhancements and new products through application of RPA.

- Build and own the roadmap for all RPA products for Business Functions.

- Work closely with Agile Squad to deliver on sprints, demonstrating leadership and representing voice of customer.

Requirements and Skills :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, math, or related quantitative field. Masters degree in technical field and/or Business Administration will be a plus.

- Experience in RPA product management

- Experience in Cognitive Automation leveraging RPA + AI

- Experience in Identifying RPA opportunities working with Business is a plus

- 10+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation

- Strong knowledge of one of the following functions is highly desired.

- Corporate Finance

- Human Resources

- Supply Chain

- Manufacturing

- Customer Experience

- E-Commerce

- Strategic product acumen and demonstrated ability to define successful business strategies in a complex business environment.

- Strong communication (verbal, written) and presentation skills to senior executive audiences.

- Experience with end-to-end product delivery leveraging global teams in a matrix environment

- Agile mindset and experience with Scrum or Kanban approach
