MANDATORY CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in Technology Product Management/Project Management with startup/ Internet/ E-Commerce domain

- Min 3 Yrs and Max 6 Yrs. post MBA experience

- Full time MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2+ Institutes mandatory

- Experience in WebApp/ Mobile/ DevOps projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Technical Program Manager

- Plan and coordinate the execution of cross-functional programs for product development and grow existing business lines.

- Organize and lead cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes, bridging business strategy with technical and operational implementation

- Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams

- Deliver a complex product with multiple project tracks and many teams feeding into it.

Desired Experience

- 4+ Yrs experience in Project, Product Management or Engineering, in the technology sector

- Strong attention to detail and can multi-task effectively that enables you to plan and execute programs on spec, on time

- Identify key deliverables, anticipate risks, handle trade-offs and can make decisions while being comfortable with ambiguity and change

- Ability to anticipate and head-off potential project delays (shifting business priorities, technical hurdles, project approvals from stakeholders, etc.)

- Ability to proactively track progress of all project team members and keep people (often, peers) on task

Deliverables

- Successfully deliver end-to-end programs on-spec, on-time

- Anticipate issues and risks in meeting timelines, communicate them to relevant stakeholders, develop mitigation plans and implement the mitigations

- Utilize tools and develop processes to improve productivity across teams

- Drive internal process improvements, remove gaps, coordinate multiple parties and alleviate bottlenecks
