Technical Product Manager - IT/Tech Services
Responsibilities:
- Define Leni's Product roadmap, planning, prioritization, tracking and stake-holders dependency management
- Writing user stories, wire framing user interfaces and flows
- Work closely with UI / UX teams and ensure functional requirements including edge cases are all captured and designs are all approved by all stakeholders
- Authoring different test scenarios for user stories and functional testing of the same. Helping testing teams in understanding requirements and identifying hard to find issues
- Define metrics, objects that are aligned to business goals and measure feature / release specific success
- Authoring user manuals, product demonstration to internal stake-holders and with various customer's group leaders
- Continuous improvements of product by adding new features or improving existing features with an overall goal of customer satisfaction, retention as well as new customer addition
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience building SaaS or Enterprise B2B products
- Experience in web, mobile products management in analytics space involving big-data, Machine Learning, NLP, AI technologies
- Experience in Balsamiq, Sketch, Invision, Adode Xd or other tools for creating wire framing, prototypes
- Good knowledge in Agile development cycles and usage of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Redmine, Trello or other similar tools
- Knowledge in analytics solutions like SAS, SPSS, Informatica, PowerBI, Tableau, QlikSense
- Ability to prioritize between current customer needs, new customer needs and technical constraints
- Risk management, mitigation and also flexible to address and solve problems as they happen with short-terms and long-term solutions
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels
- Excellent listening skills, enthusiastic with positive approach towards constructive feedback
