Job Description :


- Technology Product Manager will work with team of engineers and designers to build products. Looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Manager to help innovate and execute product initiative in the company. 


- You will be leading a team of UI/UX designers, managing product backlog and prioritising products to be built by the tech team.

Description :

- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution


- Gather and prioritize business requirements across diverse set of business stakeholders including finance, sales and marketing, and operations


- Drive product development with a team of engineers and designers


- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction


- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products


- Understand strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry


- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Profile :

- Organizational and analytical skills


- 3+ years of experience in technical architecture of web/mobile applications .


- 5+ years experience designing user interfaces, product design and management


- 5+ years experience creating examples through wire-frames and mock-ups


- 2+ years of People management experience, leading UI/UX designers


- 3+ years of Experience working in Agile teams and deep understanding of responsibilities of a product owner in Scrum methodology
