What You will do Everyday :

- Focus on the technical build of the product.

- Work closely with product, design teams & engineering teams.

- Take ownership of product releases & achieve release milestones.

- Uncovering & discovering customer needs & translating them into requirements for engineering.

- Create Product Requirement Documents to describe the product build, as well as create and refine stories, run sprints and manage developer bandwidth to achieve product goals.

- Reviewing code, ensuring output matches requirements, defining success criteria and product acceptance tests.

- Focused on optimizing their feature's impact & velocity with the end customer.

- Identify innovations or perform "test and learn" experiments to create features that add more business and customer value.

Your Superpowers :

- 4-8 years in a product development/product management environment

- Degree and/or experience in software development

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Data driven and results-oriented

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Fully familiar with end to end product lifecycle (discovery, delivery, optimization), including 0-1 products.

- Confident working with raw data, translating it into trends and leveraging it to make informed decisions.

- Confident in working with agile product development

- Pragmatic approach to resolving issues and responding to change

- Demonstrated experience of achieving results and high performance

- Comfortable working cross functionally and able to influence and communicate with all teams within the organization.

- What the team offers is opportunity to work closely with the Product Director to discuss where performance can be accelerated and improved.


- You will be responsible for evangelizing the feature(s) internally across the wider company and with key stakeholders in Engineering, Product & Marketing.


- This role can develop towards Director of Product, and ultimately to CPO. You can work to be a manager or senior individual contributor.
