Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Having exposure on Data Annotation creation for Chatbot Process.

2. Excellent working knowledge in Windows, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

3. Complete knowledge of SDLC.

4. Demonstrated success defining, launching, and maintaining excellent products.

5. Define and manage business Use case and test cases.

6. Working knowledge of Design Thinking and should have conducted workshop for business case elicitation.

7. Ability to build framework or platform for Machine Learning applications and products like Digital Assistant.

8. Understanding of Natural language (NLP).

9. Experience in RDBMS, SQL statements - advanced level.

10. Test data creation and maintenance and absolute ownership of all data and data related realm

11. Business Use case creation / scenarios.

12. Detailed BRD and technical specification documentation.

13. Creation and maintenance of Flow diagram, sequence diagram, class and deployment diagrams.

14. Knowledge and usage of CI / CD using docker and Kubernetes.

15. Bot Retraining and Utterance validation, Data Annotation creation for Chatbot / DA for FAQs and Dialog flow based apps.

16. Good working knowledge of Python for scripting and knowledge of APIs and integration.

17. Work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary.

18. Ability to multi-task, work independently and demonstrate keen attention to details.
