- 5 to 9 years- experience in IT industry and experience working as in Talent role related to operations or resource management. - Ability to understand on software terminology or working exposure to software development / new skill set coming in industry and getting used within unit. - Good understanding on process and ability to follow the same. - Strong Analytical skills. - Should be able to convince consultant on the role getting proposed and to account team on considering consultants for the job description. - Ability to collect data, analyse and provide statistics or metrics. - Ability to perform or having experience in doing follow-ups with accounts on resource requirements, recruitment team on candidates, RMG team for RR Mapping and closure, facilitation for training. - Should have excellent communication skill verbal and written. - Consultant should take self-initiative in doing the task and should be confident. - Able to coordinate with training dept., finance dept., HR dept., Admin dept., for respective ADM tasks. - Should be able to generate ATM reports on weekly /monthly/quarterly/ half yearly / yearly basis. - Reports should be presented when needed by ATM unit. Should be good in understanding, working on Excel and PPTs. - Should be plus point if can write Excel Macros as per need to generate fast pivotal / summary data.
