Technical Manager - Cloud Program - IT

As a Cloud Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of large and complex cloud transformation projects including defining the right architecture, scope of work, Contract T&C, Acceptance criteria etc. The role is a client facing role and requires day to day direction to the project team, planning, scheduling, tracking/monitoring, resource allocation, issue/risk management as well as providing regular project status to the customer. The candidate should have experience of at least 4-5 large and complex cloud transformation and migration projects including application assessment and developing cloud business case

The role also requires working with Solution Architect team to provide/validate the right solution, estimates and participate in client Orals for solution defense.

Technical Experience:

- Should be cloud certified (AWS Associate SA/AZ301 or equivalent) and expert in one of the Project Management tools like Microsoft Project - 15+ years of experience in information technology, including a minimum of 5 years in various cloud transformation and Migration projects including SAP migration to Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Experience of working with Application team for sizing and designing the right cloud infrastructure and Application testing

- Experience of working in projects leveraging Cloud Automation (Terraform/Ansible/Jenkins)

- Experience of project involving migrating to Cloud Database PaaS as well as Containers

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in leading Large and complex Cloud Projects (>25 FTEs) - Experience in working with stakeholders both internal and external is essential including developing a high quality project plan and lead project execution to meet defined KPIs (Schedule, Cost and Profit Margin)

- Should be experienced in Cloud Assessment, Application Assessment and disposition, Developing cloud business case.

- Should have experience of setting up cloud foundation including IaaS and PaaS services

- Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

- Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask with experience of Agile delivery

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor/Masters university degree in Technology, Engineering

GCP Certifications

- GCP Associate Cloud Engineer

- Professional Cloud Architect

PMP Certification is desirable
