Technical Manager (10-15 yrs)

- Have configured and integrate with other devices like DSLAM or MSPPs or Routers

- Practical experience with IP Networking: OSI model, ARP, routing, STP, VLAN,

- Practical experience with traffic generators / analyzers / simulators (IPERF, IXIA, smart bits, Attach, VLC, N2X, whatever)

- Hands on experience on multiplexers.

- Occasionally Technical Training (Ethernet/IP) to Ceragon Customer and Internal employees who are based at different locations in India. Locally and webinar.

- Handling technical team and providing solution for technical issues

- Provide Support for Testing /Trials /Demo

- Responsible for Support system in telecom and manage / built-up the technical team.

Skills Required :

- Excellent in Communication ( Verbal & Written) -Both English & Hindi

- Good presentation skills

- Expert in making presentations, MS office.

- Good analyzer esp. good at analyzing the body language

- Candidate should have fast learning-curve to be able to learn fast new subject

Technical Skills Required -IP/SDH/PDH/MW/E1

- Networking (bridge, switch, and routers), Understanding E1/T1 frame structure, Understanding SDH / SONET, Layer 2 protocols (ETH basics, 802.1p/q, QoS, xSTP)

- Layer 2 protocols (ETH frame structure), Layer 2 protocols (LACP, MPLS, ATM)

- IP Header & CoS using TOS & DSCP, TCP VS. UDP

- IP (subnets and addressing, unicast /broadcast/multicast, NAT, ARP)

- Routing protocols (RIP, IS-IS, OSPF), FTP applications (installation and configuration)

- L2 switch configuration (inc. QoS attributes), lab tests such as RFC2544

- Good knowledge of SDH /PDH /E1 architecture and technology

- Knowledge of MUX /including hands on

- Understanding of current deployment of Network
