DO NOT APPLY IF YOUR NOTICE PERIOD (TIME TO JOIN) EXCEEDS 30 DAYS Role: Tech Lead Qualification: B.E/ M.E/ B.Tech / M.Tech with consistent growth in the career Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team. - Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. - Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard. - Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible. - Helping the team in solving problems and remove blockings to meet the deadlines - Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements. - Make sure the right implementation is being done with appropriate effectiveness, performance and re-usability - Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required. - Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns. - Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes. - Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders. - Applying necessary Tech knowledge and skills to provide strategic direction and expertise to understand, address, and solve key business problems / objectives - Maintain knowledge of current and emerging developments / trends in the IT Technology space and collaborates with founders to incorporate new ideas in current and future strategies Key Skills &amp; Competencies: - 6+ years of expertise working on and managing Technology teams with consumer-facing companies. - Ability to both manage and recruit a team while still being hands-on - Experience in Design/building large scale System Architecture to make sure scalability, security and high availability - Deep proficiency in tools and technologies such as: APM, CI/CD, Dockerization, Serverless, Microservices Architecture, Cloud services like AWS, Azure, PubSub like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Cache Services like Redis, QA Frameworks/Processes, distributed systems, server security, Elasticsearch, Data Analysis, Data warehouse/Data Lake Architecture. - Very good understanding of collections and multithreading Framework - SpringBoot, jPA/Hibernate - Understanding of RDBMS design. Experience in writing complex SQL/NoSQL queries and optimizing queries - Understanding of Algorithms, data structures and standard coding practices - Experience with relational databases like MySQL &amp; non-relational DB such as Mongo, Dynamo, Cassandra, Hbase etc. - Fluency in Java, NodeJS, Python, Javascript - Working knowledge of ETL (extract, transform, load) processes - A strong communication skill set to make sure team understands the why behind what they are building as well as how they are going to measure to understand success Additional points if: - You are a content creator in any of the Indian languages. - You are an ex-entrepreneur or have worked as one of the first 20 people in a company. - You have built and scaled very high-performance teams in the past.
