RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strong understanding of US General Insurance process

- An understanding of delegated underwriting authorities.

- Ability to grasp processes and understanding the implications of changes in processes

- Ability to handle multiple project

- Strong communication skills with ability to write reports summarizing the investment thesis for the deal

- Strong IT capabilities (e.g. Excel)

REQUIREMENTS

- Post-graduation/ MBA in Finance or an equivalent degree from a reputed institute

- Excellent MS Office Excel / Word / PowerPoint skills

- LM1/CII Certified.

- Process mapping experience using Lean Six sigma.
