Technical Lead - IT (SAP & Maximo)
- This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, scheduling and executing required tasks to maintain all incidents, enhancements, Change Requests, specific projects for variety of business applications largely in SAP, Maximo etc. He / She would is also expected to enhance and utilize their technical domain ERP knowledge on Maximo Platform customization & development within a mutually agreed plan and duration.
- Interacts with functional Consultant to discover the technical needs to identify problems and determine solution specifications.
- Key activities include planning, estimating, determining technical architecture, writing technical design specifications, and providing support.
- Works with partners on technical aspects of project delivery and support
- Project Delivery - Contributes to conceptual and logical designs of processes and project implementations.
- Strategy & Planning - Contributes to development of IT strategy workshops to support end to end strategy planning to achieve business objectives.
- Analysing the business processes to identify how these processes map into software applications
- Lead to design, configure, implement functional Setup of the ERP (SAP) / EAM (Maximo) for any modifications, upgrades etc.
- Identifying any gaps in our Software applications that are part of business processes, and providing functional overviews of what is required to Technical Consultants.
- Support Testing of a Development created for applications, to verify that the work meets their understanding of the gap
- Support Post Go-Live with regards to functionality, monthly compliances, auditing requirements, reporting etc.
