- Employ widely available Tech platforms to bring in passive job aspirants

- Comprehensive usage of social media for company brand development (Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, StackOverflow)

- Devise and execute strategic recruitment plans and succession planning aligning with company's recruitment strategy

- Built Career ladders

- Facilitate full-cycle recruitment process across all business lines a Stake Holder Management

- Working on retention Strategy with executive leadership to identify and reward top performers
