Job Brief: - We are looking for a Technical Lead who has full stack development experience to develop and maintain our Technology platform. The person will be responsible to direct and oversee the software development function in developing, releasing and maintaining software applications according to business need. - A sound project management capability in managing software development in both Agile and Waterfall model with hand-on full stack development expertise will be essential for this role. Someone with prior software product development experience and/or knowledge of Shipping and Logistics business processes will be an added advantage. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. Location: Mumbai Responsibilities: - Build upon the existing application and convert insights and ideas from our functional experts into tech solutions. - Continuously improve existing products and features to drive higher conversion or engagement for both internal and external use. - Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, customer &amp; driver needs, and requirement/use case definition. - Develop the long-term Product roadmap for the distribution business - Requirement gathering, solution design, prioritization and release planning for the Platform - Lead a team of developers (internal or third-party) to deliver product/platform releases - Development and Maintenance of the technology platform for the company - Create standard integration framework to integrate core platform with various third-party systems - Build a culture of data-based decision-making using analytics and data science across the organization. This would include managing platform level, consumer level as well as company-level data. Requirements: - Total 5 to 7 years of experience in software development including 2-3 years in project management - Must have experience in product development using Agile model - Must have managed a team of at least 3-4 developers. - Multi-stack development experience in the following stack: Front End: HTML, css (bootstrap), Javascript, ReactJS Database: MySql Server-side: NodeJS Messaging: RabbitMQ Web server: Nginx - Must have experience in managing product development by leading a team - Experience in working with multiple application, web and database servers - Experience in SOA based architecture and Web Services - Knowledge of Microservices, basic Blockchain protocols and P2P networks. - Working knowledge of web security including XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection etc. - Previous Supply Chain / Logistics domain product development experience will be an added advantage.
