Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in Real estate valuations

Education: M.Tech, Civil Engineering / Masters in Real Estate Valuations /BE Civil

Job Role:

- Sound Knowledge of Maharashtra and Goa location, ability to handle team of TM- and RTM- for the mentioned locations.

- Key responsibility is critical evaluation of Individual / Group Fixed assets to be mortgaged by the Bank from Technical and Marketability purview.

- Empanelment, Monitoring and review performance/reports of Technical & Legal agencies & Internal Technical & Legal Managers

- Visiting Branches of Pan India for Periodic review and modification of technical process, policy as per current activities and Market situations to support business. - Technical Training in every Branch for Improving Quality of Sourcing & Technical & Legal documents knowledge.

- Appraisal of Policies and process notes for Technical function periodically

- Collection of market information on updates on Real Estate / civic body changes / Changes w.r.t regulations by State / Civic bodies etc and update HO / Regional Office periodically.

- Audit of Technical agencies & and their bills Executing and monitoring of projects, Compliance with Technical Process and norms for the Zones in line with those set out as per the Process note.

- Assigning and Approving Internal Group Assignments to Technical Officers within region assigned. - Agency and Audit Management, Team Management, Leading, Recruiting, Training and Monitoring the performance of Team Members as well as External Agencies to ensure efficiency and productivity with proper due diligence in valuation assignments. Decision Making and Communicating effectively apart Monitoring and Assessing Performance of Vendors & Immediate team to have a healthy portfolio

- Timely collection and Updation on amendments pertaining to Civic developments, By-laws and Enforcement norms.
