Technical Head - Loan Against Property - NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Oversight:

- Lead the technical development and implementation of LAP products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements in the LAP underwriting and servicing processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Risk, Compliance, and IT to ensure seamless execution of LAP operations.

Data Analysis:

- Utilize data analytics to assess portfolio performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize LAP offerings.

Training & Development:

- Conduct training sessions for team members on technical aspects of LAP products and ensure the team is up to date with industry best practices.

Customer Support:

- Address technical queries from customers and internal stakeholders, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.

Documentation:

- Ensure all technical documentation related to LAP processes, policies, and systems is maintained accurately and updated regularly.

Key Skill &Qualifications:

- BE civil is minimum requirement. A master's degree is a plus.

- Minimum 10 years' experience in the financial services sector, preferably in LAP or mortgage-related businesses.

- Strong technical understanding of loan products, underwriting processes, and financial regulations.

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools; experience with [specific tools/software] is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.

- Understanding of real estate business in terms of valuations

- Understanding to various micro market of the country from real estate perspective
