Background of the Client: Its one of the leading manufacturing company for the industrial market. They closely work with OEMs and end-users they have a pan-India sales force, a wide distribution network and Industry engineering support, They products are exported globally also.

Designation: Technical Head of Learning & Development.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech with MBA/PG in HR or any other function would be preferred.

Job Role: 

- Creating training programs that are aligned with the organization's objectives and having a strong understanding of current and future requirements of Skills and competence required to run and grow the business. 

- Working closely with various Dept Heads across the organization and understand training requirements. 

- Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial session or coaching. 

- Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find the solution in order to implement the required training. 

- Designing curriculum's for all employees ensuring the updation of Skill levels of operators, supervisors, managers, Improvement in Productivity Imparting newer techniques relevant to industries Ensure all documentation related to the training,
