Position : Technical Head KYC
Years of exp : 8 to 15 years
Location : Thane, Mumbai
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred
- Post Graduation in Management will have an added advantage
Key Responsibilities :
- Applicants should have Subject Matter expertise in KYC and AML and should have a great understanding of UK and US norms.
- Looking out for someone who is involved in handling technical projects i.e Entity Onboarding, Transformation, Process mapping, Risk analysis and Risk mapping.
- Applicants should have exposure working with experienced leader with proven ability in managing large service delivery teams engaged in BPO/Shared Service Centres.
- Responsible to understand in and out of KYC/AML and what is happening in the market and new trends in the process.
- Applicants should be expert in Compliance management and Onboarding new clients and strong in Conducting AML and KYC On boarding checks for Global customers.
- Will be responsible to conduct the end to end KYC of entities - Initiation, establishing & understanding the client, initial AML client risk classification, due diligence, final AML client risk.
- Applicants will be responsible for the documentation of AML Risk Assessment.
- Responsible for Drafting policies and procedures and deploy in the process
