The client organization is a global Product Technology organisation, a leader in its space. The role will lead the Technical team from a strategy and execution perspective. The incumbent is expected to be a leader, who leads from the front, a Technical expert who doesn't mind rolling up his/ her sleeves and getting the work done, and a thought leader, who understands the nuances of Technical operations. - A keen ability to see the bigger picture and create Software systems and solutions that change the way the industry operates. - Has a keen eye for identifying potential of the offering being created. - Functions in an agile environment - Demonstrates an ability to create scalable operations - Is a pro at using Java, Reactive frameworks, UI frameworks and Big Data. - Represents the organization at Technology forums and other visible platforms. - Is able to establish him/herself as a Domain leader. Must have : - Experience in running complex, multi tier Applications - Exceptional communicator - 10-20 years of progressive hands-on software development experience of which at least 6-9 years in Java environment. - Must have managed teams larger than 50.
