Job Title: SaaS Technical Director, Cloud Infrastructure and Platform
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and operations of Qvantel Cloud Infrastructure and Platform (Databases, K8s, Nw, various clouds, MQs, monitoring.)
- Improve Qvantel infrastructure and Platform teams efficiency
- Setup Site Reliability Engineering team in India to serve Qvantel customers around the world in close collaboration with product teams
- Lead Monitoring solutions for IaaS, PaaS and Qvantel BSS software
Skills and required experience:
- Relevant Technical expertise in the area
- Ability to recruit, train and build high performance technical teams
- Hands on and content approach to fix the problems
- Relevant experience in SaaS context
