Technical Director - R&D/Quality - Pharma (22-30 yrs)
A leading Indian Pharmaceutical company is looking for a Technical Director to lead its R&D and Quality functions.
The position will report to the Director.
The candidate will be responsible for the entire R&D Programme of the organization as well as the Quality function across all the sites.
- Develop, implement, manage, audit and maintain GMP quality systems
- Ensure that cGMP requirements and quality standards are implemented, followed and maintained across the organization.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulatory requirement and advise the management of any business implications.
- Prepare the organization for the changes if and when required. Lead and manage change management programs if necessary
- Ensure that all facilities are in an audit ready state at any given point in time.
- Responsible for end - to - end new product development with focus on quality and regulatory aspects
- Ensure cost effective and time bound formulation development, packaging development, analytical development and technology transfer of the product
