Content Writer - Technical

Purpose:

- Looking for a content writer to create compelling content to inform and delight its veterinary, farm animal producer, and pet owner audiences.

- As part of our global digital transformation team, your mission will be to engage our audience through key channels such as web, email, and social generating awareness and driving conversions to products.

Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver timely production of original, on-brand content - with a focus on quality- in an audience appropriate tone of voice

- Create educational content for pet owners and farm animal producers that is aligned with global SEO and content strategy.

- Incorporate keyword research to maximize SEO and SEM results for web content.

- Craft compelling branded marketing campaigns, emails, video storyboards, social media posts, and other collateral.

- Prepare publication-ready content in accordance with legal, medical, and regulatory requirements

- Develop, maintain, and use standard formats to ensure the documents meet industry and business requirements

- Follow an editorial calendar collaborating with cross functional teams and while seeking guidance from subject matter experts.

- Take ownership of tasks and adhere to timelines and internal KPIs

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, English, or other related degree.

- 5-7 years content creation experience. Writing for B2B, B2C audiences or in healthcare, animal health a plus.

Desired Skills/Experience

- Excellent communication skills in English - written and spoken

- Proficiency in SEO tools, keyword research, and implementation

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Draft error-free documents and ability to simplify complex concepts

- Ability to think on their feet and proactively come up with new ideas

- A 'can do' and collaborative attitude

- Good documentation and planning skills

- Detail oriented

- Must be well versed with MS Suite
