Technical Cofounder - Web/Mobile Apps (1-10 yrs)

We are a talent sourcing company working in an exclusive and niche sector and sourcing manpower to the fast growing and sought after sector. We are a 5 years old company and gearing to go tech driven post COVID.

Current State of Affairs :

Currently, we are working as a talent sourcing firm for the past 5 years and have been providing manpower services. Parallel, we are in the process of developing a recruitment portal of our own for our niche sectors. While currently the organization is bootstrapped, we will seek Series A funding once the product is launched to ensure that we get a better valuation.

We are looking for a dynamic partner who is passionate about his/her work and wants to work in a startup culture, who can work individually and in a bootstrapped environment and aspire to bring a landmark product for a whole industry through passion and skill set and ready to win as a team..

Education Qualification: UG/PG from IITs/IIITs/ BITS/NITs or A-level institutes. While pedigree is important, it will go hand in hand with skills, ethics, experience, and vision.

Experience of working or developing on recruitment portal or any C2C portal will be a plus but not mandatory.

We are working with many major clients in this niche domain.

Role and Responsibilities of the Co-founder:

1- Develop the product strategy, and his core responsibility is also to decide its features, uniqueness, and utilities.

2- Work with the Founder in building the vision, architecture, team, technology stack, and platform

3-Be a thought leader. Work on constantly improving our product but also have a bunch of moon-shot ideas that we can execute over time.

4- Should be well-versed and experienced within consumer technology and/or C2C companies

5- Determine the technical requirements of the product.

6- Ability to build web/mobile Apps

7- Designing web architecture.

8- Planning and developing APIs.

9- Developing, testing, and maintaining integrations with open and private 3rd party APIs.

10- Back-end app and website development, including using various PHP-based app development platforms.

11- Pixel-perfect front-end web development, including current best-practices for responsive implementation, browser support, and web app development frameworks.

Compensation :

- Compensation for Co-Founder will be in the form of pure equity for the first year. We are expected to be cash-rich within a year from commercial launch and will be able to draw market salaries post that.

- I am open to the option of the Co-Founder joining me part-time initially and continuing with their existing job, which will obviously reflect in the equity that you will draw.

- I am looking for a partner and not an employee, hence, if you are looking for a market salary from Day 1, "PLEASE DO NOT APPLY"
