ServiceNow Architect

- As a Technical Architect - ServiceNow, you will be responsible for providing architecture oversight to our projects and helping in architecting solutions for our top Global clients.

- In addition, you will provide thought leadership, review, and advice on the client's ServiceNow Architecture and integration within ServiceNow modules and 3rd Party solutions and build new methods and tools to be used across all our projects.

- The job also requires active participation in capability building, including crafting and presenting Go-to-market solutions.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

- 10+ years of IT experience with Proven ServiceNow Product knowledge.

- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution/Technical Architecture with implementing SaaS/PaaS Solutions on specific cloud architecture

- Experience in multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across all modules - ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, Security Operations, GRC, FSM, and CSM.

- Lead and deliver requirements, scoping, and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented.

- Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to the implementation team.

- Design ServiceNow technical solutions and provide detailed specifications for those proposed solutions

- Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.

- As a senior technical member of the team, deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services and serve in a delivery assurance capacity for all project deliverables.

- Plan and coordinate all phases of solution implementation, such as requirements, design, development, testing, and support.

- Support practice building efforts to include the development of practice intellectual property (IP).

- Develop and present business case material for senior prospect and customer stakeholders. Create and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.

- Create, Present, and deliver Proof of Concept to customers.

- Assist sales and presales team in creating Proposals and responding to RFP and RFI.

- Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events.
