Technical Architect - .NET (12-16 yrs)

One of our prestigious IT Client is looking to hire Technical Architect (Dot Net) for their Office in Bangalore.

PURPOSE :

The Technical architect drafts policies, procedures and standards in areas of security, enterprise computing, data standards & project management. He also reviews and monitors appropriate IT projects and practices for alignment with enterprise rules and policies with the goal of achieving maximum interoperability and efficiency.

The architect works with architecture teams/software engineers to ensure enterprise continuity and identify potential technology gaps. The incumbent meets with vendors on new and existing products, evaluates usefulness, cost of products, and makes recommendations with regard to their "fit" within the architecture.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead RFP responses in collaboration with the client facing teams and participate in the technical solution development as well as the development of relevant effort estimates.

- Work with the customer and end users to define application and technical requirements. Understand the current technical architectures including constraints related to platforms, standards and skill sets. Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, integration, security, performance, quality, and operations. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements for the development, execution, and operations environments. Make all final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security.

- Master and adopt Company approaches, methodologies and standards. Establish a role as a part of the delivery/implementation team as the key solution expert. Define the technical architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements, cost constraints and performance goals of the application.

- Lead the application and technical architecture analysis, design, and implementation, and ensure that the product fulfills the requirements. When applicable, work with the integration solution architect on these tasks.

- Perform architectural assessments to ensure appropriate standards adoption and compliance with enterprise architectural standards in the areas of technology selection, middleware, protocols and design patterns.

- Collaborate continuously with the development and deployment teams to transition the knowledge and review the deliverables throughout the SDLC.

- Troubleshoot, debug and solve technology integration and performance problems. Analyze chronic outages and assess solutions based on overall system architecture.
