Technical Architect - Java - IT

We have a leadership opportunity for Technical Architect-Java with one of our client for Mumbai/Pune & Bangalore

Job Description :

- Object Oriented Design, Domain Driven Design, UML

- JAVA J2EE Object Oriented Programming, Frameworks SPRING, Hibernate, JDBC, Struts, Angular JS

- Windows, SQL Server, Access, VB

- SQL/Oracle, DB2, MySQL

- Provide bundle wide support to the delivery team in India

- Participates and challenges WO estimates

- Reviews technical design

- Provides technical support to the teams

- Proposes and implements action plan to improve technical skills of the team

- Proposes productivity improvements

- Engages backgrounds actions to reduce the technical debt and to maintain/improve the software quality scores (SONAR, CAST)

- Organizes code reviews and debriefs with teams

- Provides methodology guidelines and supports the team when code investigations have to be Done to fix a bug or understand functional behaviors

- Participates in transformation initiatives

- Participates in frameworks changes and discussion

- Promotes capitalization of knowledge and shares best practices across bundle

- Participates in developer's recruitment sessions to assess candidates
