Job Description : - NODEJS or PYTHON - AWS is highly preferable - Experience in Javascript is must - Build, mentor and lead a team of highly talented and passionate engineers. - You will be responsible for the overall delivery and the solution architecture of the application/ feature/ module your team will be working on. - Write/Review Code every day in addition to pairing with team members on functional and nonfunctional requirements and spread design philosophy, goals and improvements to code quality across the team - Translate objectives into iterative MVPs, evaluate and then refactor into highly scalable, highly available, reliable, secure and fault-tolerant systems. - Building and managing automated build/test/deployment environments - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Mobile, DevOps, UX, Data Science, Data Engineering, QA, etc.) on planning and execution. - You should understand the user, their behavior, expectations and will continuously contribute to making their experience better with each release. - Research new technologies and tools and share your learning with the rest of the team. - Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members, including new hires.
