Details about the position:

Position: Technical Architect

Location: Pune

Requisites:

- Take ownership of the architecture of all the product lines

- Develop business cases, analyse and understand customer needs to define product architecture

- Help develop quarterly product roadmaps, oversee product launches alongside the Product Manager

- Work with engineers to determine the best technical implementation method

- Passionate about .Net and enterprise technologies. Hands - on person with the ability to guide the team. A MVP badge would be a plus.

- Work with other stakeholders to determine high value business requirements and implement them

- Author effective product specifications. Maintain and grow the product knowledge base

- Apply product performance metrics to continually improve product portfolio

- Integrate usability studies, market research and analysis to product requirements. Create the best possible user experience

- Define and analyses metrics that inform the success of products

- Establish a shared vision across multiple stakeholders. Build consensus on priorities and execute them

- Instill the culture of ideation

Responsibilities:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computers. Doctorate would be a plus

- Demonstrable record of creating innovative software solutions.

- Experience in delivering software projects following the entire life cycle involving a cross-functional team

- Product or development experience in any of the following fields is REQUIRED:

APIs and enterprise web technologies

Modern programming languages like C#/Java

Agile software development methodologies

- Product or development experience in any of the following fields is strongly preferred:

Restful cloud computing based APIs and protocols (REST, JSON, XML, SOAP).

HTML5, adaptive and / or responsive technologies

- Knowledge of ISO, CMM processes will be a great plus

- Capacity to tightly manage all aspects of product development

- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders

- Self-motivated, driven individual. Ability to effectively manage self and the rest of the team around time and priorities.

- Technical certifications and other certifications like PMP, PMI- ACP, Lean, Six-sigma will be a big plus

- Technical architects with TOGAF background, with product development experience
