Responsibilities: - Managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 Supply side - You will be managing complete Supply advertisement working closely to generate revenue from OEM's in both Tier 1 and 2 segments. - Handling day to day team activities making sure team is given right targets and achievements done accordingly. - Working closely with the management team and to be aligned with organizational goals - Estimate the growth potential of categories, plan for revenue growth and analyze the Indian and International market. - Manage inventory on Techjockey.com and social media handles. - Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results. - Optimize campaign performance that fulfills organisation and OEM's (Vendor Partner) goals. - Monitoring and communicating campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights, and then using this knowledge as a basis for future campaigns. - Identifying opportunities to improve our advertising product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products. - Communicate regularly with management to discuss advertising project progress, status and issues if any. Requirement: - 7+ years of experience in Ad Sales &amp; minimum of 4 years of experience in Team Handling - Experience in advertisement selling preferably online - Experience in selling to High ticket value clients. - Handled CXO level relationships - Highly analytical, capable of turning raw data into information and insights - Proven track record of managing and executing large projects and teams from start to finish, including project management, data gathering, problem solving, and communicating recommendations - Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done - The right candidate thrives in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel process - Strong proficiency in analytical tools including Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Hubspot or Clevertap - Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills Even better if - Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment - Hiring experience not restricted to one domain It's rare that a candidate has a - perfect- set of relevant experiences, we do not expect this, and all candidates are encouraged to apply, even if you are missing some of the items in the list above
