Tech Strategy Role - IoT/BlockChain - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Responsibilities:

- Manage scoping, quality and overall delivery of E&A strategy projects/workstreams

- Manage seamless integration of assigned work products with overall project

- Research and apply frameworks to solve business problems related to E&A

- Lead projects/workstreams on E&A market and competitive analysis, synthesize findings, develop recommendations

- Lead projects/workstreams on research and analysis of emerging business and operating models, monetization models and synthesize implications for E&A

- Build quantitative models for market sizing, business cases, scenario analysis

- Lead India team on analysis of technology trends, develop technology outlooks, synthesize implications relevant to E&A areas under study

- Develop content for executive-level presentations, working sessions, and reports

- Provide day-to-day oversight and management of 1-5 staff in India

- Serve as counselor to junior staff and provide guidance to them on career progression

- Foster a collaborative work environment on projects

- Provide input to E&A leadership on staff recruiting and retention

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated record of applying critical thinking, market and competitive analysis, business model analysis, and/or scenario planning

- Strategy development skills including quantitative modeling, primary and secondary research and analysis, logical structuring and storytelling, executive interactions

- Ability to develop executive level messaging from quantitative and qualitative analyses

- Proactive, results-oriented, and collegial team player who can work independently

- Track record of fostering collaborative work environments and career guidance

Education (degree): Undergraduate degree in engineering, sciences, or business with analytical and quantitative focus; M.E or MBA from a top tier university preferred
