- 4 to 6 years of experience in technology hiring
- Passion to work in startup-like environment
- Should have worked for e-commerce clients
- Should have worked on niche technology roles like Principal Engineer, Technical Architect, Senior Technical Architect etc.
- Networking Skills using LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
- Well versed with sourcing portals like Naukri Hirist, Instahyre, LinkedIn etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Your Academic Qualifications - Master/Bachelor degree
You'll Be Improving & Responsible For :
- Working on niche technology roles like Principal Engineer, Tech Arch and Senior Tech Arch etc.
- Sourcing candidates through extensive research on the internet in various job portals, ad posting, headhunting, mapping, screening on professional networking sites and referencing.
- Identifying new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Managing complete recruitment cycle starting from Pre-screening the applications, conducting telephonic interviews, salary negotiations and following up with the offered candidates till the time they join the organization.
- Maintaining and updating an active database of the candidates.
