Tech Program Manager - Hospitality (3-10 yrs)

Job Purpose

We are looking for a leader having 10+ year experience and can manage a team of at least 15 developers, responsible for managing back-end and front-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. The primary focus will be to Supervise & Assist Teams to handle the complex problems, and the development of all server-side logic and ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

1. Lead the development team.

- Manage life cycle of a project, from design to deployment.

- Plan and prioritize project features.

- Participate in project architecture design.

- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges Analyze, design, code, test, document and deploy changes to the system.

- Supervise & Assist Development Team for Optimal Performance

- Reviews all Code to Ensure no error exists.

- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

2. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL backend experience

- Excellent communication skills and being able to work independently or in a full team

- Strong knowledge of the advance PHP, Python.

- Good command over Linux server.

- Worked on in memory databases like Redis, Memcache, Cassandra etc.

- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks, such as Laravel, Codeigniter, Zend, Symfony, Drupal etc

- Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, Jquery

- Expert level knowledge of object oriented programming

- Must worked on creating and consuming RESTful and SOAP base APIs.

- Creating database Schemas that represent and support business processes

- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages

- Proficient understanding of version control tools, such as Git, SVN

- Knowledge of react js

- Experience with AWS/EC2, or other cloud services

- Follow industry best practices

- Should be good leader

- Should able to guide team members in complex solutions.
