Urgent Requirement | Immediate hiring for CMMI Level 5 Organization We are looking for Psychometricians with "Educational Measurement and Evaluation" background with special focus on working experience with various "Item Response Theory (IRT)" algorithm knowledge and development. These kind of algorithms use advanced (and complex) mathematical / statistical techniques. - Familiarity with various Psychometric Assessment techniques like Classical Test Theory, Item Response Theory, Computer Adaptive Testing theories & techniques. - Practical Experience in common Test equating, Scaling & linking designs. - Experience in Item calibration thru various IRT algorithms for linear and multi-stage tests. - Practical experience in Test Validity and Reliability studies - Familiarity with Psychometric techniques for Computer Adaptive Testing including content balancing and content exposure control algorithms. - Practical experience in test assembly techniques vis- vis the Test objectives for Linear as well as Computer Adaptive Test (CAT). - Knowledge of frameworks like Bloom's Taxonomy for defining test objectives. - Hand-on experience with software tools like R / python / SQL is desirable.
